Based on those comments, I've aligned everything to the right, and put them into groups of four:

The last part is a repeating series: / \, /-\, \-/, \ /.

I would guess that the numbers represented are maybe the counting numbers, where the last bit is on a mod 4 scale (+0, +1, -2, -1) or something, but still nothing is apparent yet. Maybe this arrangement will help someone else figure it out..
