This bitmap is simply a .mp3 file appended onto a 24-color .bmp header. Opening up the file in a hex editor reveals the Ascii text "RiffBu WAVEfmt" near the beginning of the file. Google this indicates this is a header for a .mp3 or .wav file, so deleting the bytes up to "Riff" and renaming the file .mp3 leaves us with a short audio clip of Monty Python Shenanigans. Incidently, the .mp3 header is such that you can just rename the .bmp file to an .mp3 and play it, without removing the .bmp header. |
